- Chives: the fresh chives add a delicious, mild onion flavor as well as a beautiful pop or green. If you don't have chives on hand, feel free to leave them out!
- Optional ingredient: Worcestershire sauce: I've made this recipe both with and without Worcestershire sauce and both are delicious! It is plenty flavorful without it, but if you would like an extra umami taste, you can add a dash of Worcestershire.

Ingredients
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
