Hi there! I’m Caitlin and I’m so excited you’re here.
I'm the recipe developer, writer, food stylist, and photographer behind CC's Table.
At CC's Table, you'll find approachable recipes from a professional chef and event planner that are perfect for any gathering.
A little about how I got here...
I grew up in the Bay Area in a family of foodies that loved to entertain and host. I always loved cooking with my mom, trying new recipes, and sharing meals made from the heart.
During and after college, I worked as a professional event planner. While putting on everything from small dinner parties to large 5,000 person events, I learned the tricks and tips to staying cool under pressure.
In 2020 (when we all had a little spare time), I started CC's Table and fell in love with sharing my favorite recipes! When I woke up in the morning all I wanted to do was cook and I knew this was what I wanted to do full-time. In 2022, I took the biggest leap yet by quitting my 9-5 to attend San Francisco Cooking School's Culinary Arts program.
Since graduating from culinary school, I've continued to grow my blog and business. I've also had the pleasure of working with other professional chefs on their blogs, businesses, cookbooks, catering, and brand collaborations.
I now use my skills in event planning and culinary arts to share prep-ahead recipes that are perfect for any party or gathering.
My husband and I live by the beach in Northern California with our pup, Hazel.
