What type of food can I find on CC’s Table?
Cooking is my love language and I love having friends and family over for dinner. I focus on sharing stress-free entertaining recipes. I love sharing recipes that are perfect for entertaining and that can be prepped ahead to keep you out of the kitchen when guests are over.
Before I quit my 9-5 job to focus fully on cooking, I was an event planner. You’ll also find tips here for entertaining and staying organized for any gathering– all things I practiced for years!
Did you attend culinary school?
Yes! I graduated from the San Franciso Cooking School’s Culinary Arts Program in 2022.
What is your favorite recipe?
I could never get tired of pasta with my Lemon Basil Pesto. Preferably enjoyed with a glass of Rosé Sangria and a Brownie with Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting for dessert.
I’m having guests over for dinner! What should I make?
My answer might change depending on the time of year, but one of my favorite make-ahead entertaining menus includes:
- Cheesy French Onion Dip as an appetizer
- Caesar Salad as a side
- Homemade Meatballs or Penne alla Vodka as the main
- Silver Platter Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert
- Cucumber and Elderflower Smash to drink
What camera equipment you use?
I currently use a Canon EOD 5D Mark IV with a Canon 50mm f/1.8 lens. Currently I only shoot in natural light but I hope to explore artificial lighting soon!
Do you have kitchen gear recommendations?
You can find all my favorite kitchen items here! Give me a sharp chef’s knife, bench scraper, and Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt and I’m a happy camper!
Why didn’t your recipe work for me?
I’m sorry the recipe didn’t turn out as expected! I always recommend reading the full blog post and recipe for helpful tips before cooking. Feel free to always leave a comment and I’d be happy to talk through it with you. I also know that everyone has different tastebuds and I fully respect that we might be tasting different things. I do my best to review every recipe thoroughly before it is posted, but I’m human and sometimes an ingredient or step slips through the cracks or doesn’t make sense. Thanks for kindly letting me know so that I can update it!
Can I share your photos and recipes on my website?
Thanks for asking! You can share one photo on a webpage. Please credit photos to CC’s Table with a link to the recipe and a link to my homepage. If you’d like to adapt one of my recipes and share it, go for it! Please just put it in your own words and credit inspiration from me by linking back to my original recipe and homepage.
Should you wish to share more, repost the recipe exactly, or use any of my photos in a brand campaign or print advertising, please contact me to discuss opportunities and avoid copywriting issues.
Do you work with food and entertaining brands and companies?
Yes! Working with brands and companies that I love is one of my favorite parts. If you are interested in working together, please contact me. You can also learn more about ways we can partner here.
I will always be upfront if a post is sponsored and all thoughts of a product are purely my own.
